Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Madyra ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Madyra mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To use the Service you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia • Have a valid Saudi bank account (IBAN) registered in your name • Have a valid Saudi phone number By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Madyra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 You must register an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. 2.2 Your phone number is your sole method of account authentication and recovery. You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number current and accessible. 2.3 You must not share your account or allow any other person to access the Service under your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 2.4 You must notify us immediately at support@madyra.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Cashback Service

3.1 Eligibility. Cashback is available only at designated partner restaurants listed in the app at the time of your purchase. 3.2 Claim Submission. To submit a cashback claim you must: • Upload a clear, unaltered photograph of your original receipt or bill • Provide the correct transaction ID printed on the receipt • Ensure the name on the bill matches the full name registered on your Madyra account • Submit the claim within the time period specified in the app 3.3 Verification. All claims are subject to automated verification against partner restaurant records. Madyra reserves the right to request additional documentation if a claim cannot be verified. 3.4 Rejection. We reserve the right to reject claims that are: • Fraudulent, manipulated, or digitally altered • Duplicate submissions for the same transaction • Submitted after the claim window has expired • From ineligible restaurants or non-qualifying transactions 3.5 Cashback Amounts. Cashback percentages and amounts are determined by the applicable partner restaurant agreement and may change at any time without prior notice. 3.6 Withdrawal. Approved cashback is transferred to your registered Saudi IBAN. Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance thresholds as displayed in the app. Madyra is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or the Saudi banking network.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Submit false, manipulated, forged, or third-party bill images or transaction IDs • Register multiple accounts to claim duplicate cashback • Provide an IBAN that does not belong to you • Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security mechanisms • Use the Service in violation of any applicable Saudi Arabian law or regulation • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or servers hosting it • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending cashback, and where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, design, trademarks, and technology, is owned by Madyra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including: • Bill images stored with AES-256 encryption and deleted after 30 days • Transaction records retained for 5 years for financial audit compliance • IBAN encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards • All financial transfers executed through a fully automated encrypted pipeline • Phone number stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash

7. Disclaimers

7.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7.2 Madyra does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 7.3 Cashback rewards are subject to partner availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, Madyra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Madyra's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total cashback amount credited to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@madyra.com. Pending cashback will be reviewed before closure; balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. 9.2 By Madyra. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if: • You breach any provision of these Terms • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account • You fail to meet eligibility requirements • We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation 9.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Madyra's obligations under mandatory data retention periods survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. The current version of these Terms will always be available at madyra.com/terms. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
